Confidence

Today Tyson and I were out playing basketball when he turns and says to me "Mom, how come I am so good at Basketball?" Good question son, you sure didn't get your skills from me! Just a few days ago he told me he was without a doubt the smartest kid in his whole class. Seriously...where does this kid get his confidence from? Yet..another trait he DID NOT get from me. I LOVE it though!

Ya gotta love um! They are so honest. Hopefully 'we' won't change the way he feels! Nothing like a confident boy! It only takes a little girl a couple of minutes to pop their bubble!!! lol
I say keep him into basketball!

If we could only figure how and why some people have that confidence, and others don't. Man, we could be really rich! He's great.

Alright Tyson. That is awesome. Ok, so I didn't even see you last post until now. My mom told me about Brian and that man, but I didn't know that he passed away. I am so proud of Brian and what he was capable of doing. Pressure like that, I would like to think I could do the right thing, but I really don't think I could. Tell him I love him and I think the world of him. Hope he is ok. He is a strong person. If only I could be more like him.

I know I'm pushing 34 but does Tyson have just a bit of that confidence to share with me? I wont take all of it, I promise. So adorable!

It's hard to be humble when you're awesome, isn't it Tyson? We think you rock too!

This is my very first comment so induldge me. Tyson is an example to all, I hope he never changes. Kylie and Sydney are great examples to me also. They are so loving and happy, always trying to make everyone happy. Great personality traits. Holly is fantastic, will even go to lunch with her mother-in-law after surgery. (Don't know what I was thinking, she's just so good to me) Brian, well he's my son and I'm proud of him. He is very good to us as parents. We appreciate both Brian & Holly moving in with us. (It would be really hard to make it without them right now). All in all what a great family, and we love them very much.
